52 Weeks of Smoothies & Juices // Week One

Welcome to the first week of my 52 Weeks of Smoothies and Juices series! This series is more of a personal goal for me to get on a super healthy track and to eat healthy, but of course, being the blogger that I am it's going to become a series where every week I share a new recipe! I hope you'll join me and you'll even share some of your own recipes! This first recipe is from Iowa Girl Eats, it's absolutely delicious and I certainly don't feel like I'm eating healthy with this Green Monster Smoothie! YUM!
Despite it tasting absolutely delicious and totally NOT healthy it really is, I put in at least 5 or 6 cups of spinach, which is WAY more than I would have in a salad! Bonus!!!!

  1. I love spinach and peanut butter! I would really love to like smoothies but well.. I just don't haha. I kind of hate the thick consistency but I'm trying to appreciate it.

  4. I tried doing a juice cleanse once, I gave up before the first day was over. Not my thing. But, i think adding more juices and healthy smoothies like this into a diet is a great idea, cause who doesn't like a good smoothie?

  6. Green I love green... I am trying to add more green in my smoothies or shakes, because know I am eating more vegetarian, so I read about the important of this type of meals. Supposedly you can assimilate better the vitamins with this type of drinks, and is a good snack, healthy and very yummy. This recipe looks terrific and interesting, I never thought in mixing peanut butter, I like the taste, mmm I must try it. Good luck with this challange
